Florida Sun Vacation Homes
is a family company owned and operated by Jim and Brock Ortenzio. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Jim discovered the short-term rental market around Walt Disney World in 1996 and has been involved in real estate sales, rental, and management of vacation homes ever since. Jim has been a licensed realtor and broker for over 20 years. He and a partner started a vacation home company that was successful for over 5 years. Jim left that company in 2003 to start Florida Sun Vacation Homes with his son, Brock, who has attained extensive knowledge in the real estate and rental marketing areas. Our goal is to provide a successful investment for our vacation home owners and a terrific rental experience for our vacationers. |
