Florida Sun Vacation Homes is family owned and operated company established in 2003. We are a full service property management, vacation rental, and real estate brokerage. All vacation homes featured on our web site FloridaSun.com are exclusively cared for and managed by our staff. Jim Ortenzio, our real estate broker and one of the owners, has been involved in the Orlando vacation short-term rental market since 1996. Jim has been a licensed realtor since the 1980’s. After years working for other companies the owners of Florida Sun Vacation Homes decided it could be done better. Florida Sun has emerged as one of the top Disney vacation home property management and rental companies. Our goal is to provide a terrific rental experience for our vacationing guests and a successful investment for our vacation home owners. |
