Florida Sun Vacation Homes is family owned and operated company established in 2003. We are a full service property management, vacation rental, and real estate brokerage. All vacation homes featured on our web site are exclusively cared for and managed by our staff. Jim Ortenzio, our Broker and one of the owners, has been involved in the Disney short-term rental market since 1996. Jim has been a licensed realtor since the 1980’s. After years working for other vacation home companies the owners of Florida Sun decided it could be done better. Florida Sun has emerged as one of the top vacation home companies in Central Florida. Our goal is to provide a successful investment for our vacation home owners and a terrific rental experience for our vacationers. |
